The Milchmanufaktur – or milk manufactory – transforms first-rate Swiss Alpine milk into top-quality products. In the restaurant, traditional dishes made using regional ingredients are served.

Regional and traditional: in the spacious, modern restaurant of the Milchmanufaktur Einsiedeln, first-class Swiss cuisine is conjured onto the light-colored wooden tables. While guests tuck into hearty specialties, they can watch the master cheesemakers at work in the show dairy and learn how the famous Swiss cheese is produced.
The show cheese dairy is also suitable for larger groups, such as wedding celebrations or family get-togethers. Behind-the-scenes tours of the production plant can be arranged on request.
Every Sunday, the Milchmanufaktur treats guests to a delicious “Buure Zmorge” – a farmer's brunch featuring a mouth-watering cheese buffet.
